We ship by UPS so we can deliver to nearly any country worldwide, including Cyprus.  Shipping costs to destinations outside continental Europe, however, depend on the weight and volume of the order.

So in order to have an idea of the shipping cost to such a destination, please request a quotation and mention the items and quantities you would like to order.

For this lamp you do not need a transformer, as it works directly on 230V.

There is no switch by the fixture included. You has to connect the goods on the 230V and you switch them via a switch into the wall.

The only difference between both bulbs is the colour.

article ME MM14142i has a colour temperature of 2700K which is warm white (a more yellow light)

article ME MM14144i has a colour temperature of 4000K which is  cold white (real white light)

The WE13142 is the latest version. For this fixture is there a plasterkit available. Otherwise are they almost the same.

The chain has a length of 10.5meter. The distance between the spots is 27.7mm and  there are 54 leds /1.5m.

You can shorten the lightchain each 1.5meter and you can by an extra power supply for the second piece.

You can place the chain with the articles into the tabsheet accessoiries.

The dimmer depends of the transformers you use. If you use electronic transformers you will need the dimmer for electronic low voltage lights and when you use conventional (wired) transformers you need the magnetic ones.

No, the leds are included into the fixture so you can't replace them. If you want a warmer light do you have to take an other fixture. dm 227432

If we have the fluorescent bulbs on our stock can we deliver them within a few days depending of your country. You have to pay attention that it's very tricky to ship fluorecent tubes with a carrier.

The length of the fluo-lamp (TL-lamp) depends on the wattage of the bulb.

The bulb of 145cm is availlable in three wattages.

35W, 49W and 80W.

 

Each 36 lamps is there a point where you can cut the cable. This is always over a distance of 1 meter. If you order the seperate endcaps and power supplies can you certain use both pieces.

No, the bulbs are not included by this fixture.

Yes, we ship indeed to the United States. The only thing that you have in mind is that in Europe the current is 230V and in the US 110V. I can't see which fixture you means so when you put it on a email to our company, we will send you a free offre.

 

This fixture is only availlable into the black colour. The only fixture that you can get in the black, white or aluminium colour is the fixture at 12V.

The BIGBANG 1 ES111 is a fixture on 230V.  You have to put a reglar halogen bulb GZ10 into the fixture. These are dimmable with a regular dimmer

The  BIGBANG1 CDMR111 is a fixture with a discharge bulb. Normally are they only for showrooms and for professional use. The bulbs needs 3 minutes to warm up before they give their full light. If you switch off the light you have to wait 15 minutes before you can put them on again. They have to cool down  

The Titanic is out of collection by the manufacturer. We can't provide you the spare parts of this article anymore.

We don't have these fixtures in our stock and they have a delivery time of 2 weeks.

The Trail Lites are able near a pool. The Leds have an IP rating IP65 wich it means it is waterproof. The fixtures are also on 12V which is a safe voltage.

You only have to pay attention for the transformer which is connected on 230V

This bulb is a regular 12V bulb so it is certainly dimmable. There are two kinds of transformers but both dimmable. the transformers are not included so you need to order them seperatly.

The flatpoint or setpoint are not included so you also need order them seperately.
